New Configuration: SSL Certificate Update for Geisinger API Endpoints.
Date: 11/18/2025
SSL certificate for api.geisinger.org will be updated from an Entrust/SSL.com-issued certificate to a Sectigo CA-issued certificate.
Please ensure new Sectigo root and intermediate certificates are installed in your certificate stores before November 18 if they are not already present.

Upcoming Change: US Core Version upgrade to 6.1.0
Beginning January 1st 2026, IG version for supported US Core Resources will be upgraded from 3.1.1 to 6.1.0. Supported US Core Resources remain the same. As per US Core 6.1.0 Structure definition, required data elements for existing resources will be added/updated. Please refer our API Catalog and HL7 US Core 6.1.0 IG for more details.
